WHY THESE SHIPPING DELAYS FOR CUSTOM-MADE NOTEBOOKS?

Each of your notebooks is reworked by our graphic designer Angélique, to format it and adapt your requests to our machines.

Then, your notebook passes into the expert hands of our production team, Raphaël and Marine, who print it, cut it out, bind it and shape it as you wish.

That's it, you know (almost) everything.

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

As we strive to offer you the fairest price on each of our products, we cannot compete with the other major players in online commerce by offering you free delivery for any order. We would like but we can't :(

However, the whole team has worked hard to find the best solutions at the best prices.

I'm sooo excited and I'd like to track my parcel, how can I do?

An email with a tracking number is sent when your order is shipped.

Help!!! The carrier says my parcel has been delivered but I have nothing.

Oh no :(

Someone may have received it for you, ask your friends and family (nice neighbor, concierge...).

If not, here's how to proceed, step by step:

Step 1: Open a claim with the carrier's competent services.

Step 2: Notify us of the loss of the package (via the contact form indicating the reference of the order) so that we can also make a claim.

It is imperative that you follow these steps, in order to validate the claim. Papier Tigre cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to an unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals by the carrier.

I changed my mind, I'd like to return the awesome product I just received, how can I do so?

It's up to you how you return the parcel, provided that the carrier includes a tracking option. This means that you cannot return an item by simply posting it using a postage stamp. If the product we receive is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, not open, then we can proceed to the refund. If you are very close to one of our shop you can also return your parcel this way.

If all conditions are met, the refund will be made within 3 working days.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND A CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCT?

As each custom-made item is specially designed for you, it is therefore impossible for us to make a refund or return (except for manufacturing defect / non-correspondence of the product / deterioration by the delivery man). If your item is one of these exceptions, proof must be provided to us within 2 weeks after receipt of the product. Details available here.

If all conditions are met, a new item will be returned to you.
